5 Stars! "...a densely packed book that discusses the most significant features of a wide array of endocrine conditions. To streamline the information, chapters use a question-and-answer type format and there are useful tables and figures embedded in the text.... This book offers high yield reading when time might be limited but one is looking to efficiently learn on a topic for instance, during an endocrine rotation.... The text is well organized and the formatting is appealing. The Key Points box at the end of each chapter is helpful to draw conclusions. The reference index does contain newer references for most chapters such as insulin pumps, osteoporosis, and hypercalcemia chapters to name a few.... This book is unique in its content and how it delivers it." Review by Brittany Weisbrot, MD (Loyola University Medical Center), ©Doody's Review Service, 2026. Doody's Score: 98, 5 Stars!
