A Collective Act: Leading a small school explores the characteristics of, the context for, and the challenges to successful leadership. The book includes practical and, at times, challenging images of leading learning in a small school. It identifies what the research says about small school leadership and then tells five compelling stories of leading in such settings, from across Australia.
