My father, the late Stephen R Covey, used to say, “Leadership is communicating to people their worth and potential so clearly that they come to see it in themselves.” I have always believed this to be true and that is why I am so fascinated with this new book from Mayers, Anderson, and Williams called Peopled Leadership: Growing People and Transforming Organizations.
