The Role of the Third Sector in Government

This book explores the various roles that the third sector plays. It defines the third sector as comprising non-governmental organizations that help developing nations in achieving their human development goals. Of course, the book also acknowledges the role that the third sector players in the more developed nations where it is a catalyst for social change. This book critiques some of the motives and methods that have been associated with third sector actors.
