Over rocks and snow you leap, a goat can climb the mountains steep.

Trace the Trail: Around the World is the world tour you can, literally, follow with your finger! Trace the book's raised trails from the desert to craggy mountains to the wonderful underwater world of the ocean.
This interactive book for toddlers lets them explore the world by tracing a tactile pathway. Each spread will feature an animal that is leaping mountains, swimming oceans or zigzagging through the desert. Craig Shuttlewood's bold illustrations make these landscapes dynamic and colourful.

Two board books, in a new series Trace the Trail, help young children understand the world around them. In each of these books we are taken on a journey through a particular environment and have to navigate our way along the route provided. there is minimal text, but well chosen and rhymes in a way that carries the story along. What I really like are the delineated paths which a child can follow with their fingers and which provide that sense of interaction with the story. The pictures are simple, bright and each double page spread is in a different colour combination, which reflects the environment being looked at. * Carousel Magazine *
