This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed scientific proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Subject-Oriented Business Process Management, S-BPM ONE 2014, held in Eichstätt, Germany, in April 2014.

The 13 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 43 contributions. They explore the many facets of network-driven business process management, in particular issues related to correctness, interchange and transformation of business models, as well as dynamic handling of changes through agile process management.
