Inspired perhaps by Borges' and Cortazar's bestiaries, Pepe Viyuela tells us stories about the ringmaster, the contortionist, the human cannonball, the trapeze artist, the popcorn vendor, the juggler, the strong man, and scores of other characters. The Circus is more than a simple show; it is the arena in which man has always challenged himself and where he has always attempted the impossible. It is an infinite space for the imagination and the pursuit of the gamut of human emotions.
