Adelina Broadbridge researches in the division of Management, Work and Organisation, Stirling Management School, University of Stirling, UK. She is internationally recognised for her work on issues of HRM in the retail industry. She is also the founding chair of the British Academy of Management’s Gender in Management Special Interest Group.
