Raj K. Keservani, PhD, MPharm, is working as Associate Professor in the Faculty of B. Pharmacy at CSM Group of Institutions, Prayagraj, India. He has more than 12 years of academic (teaching) experience from various institutes of India in pharmaceutical education. He has supervised more than 25 UG students for their research work, has published 31 peer-reviewed papers in the field of pharmaceutical sciences in national and international journals, one patent, 50 book chapters, three co-authored books, and 40 edited books. He is also active as a reviewer for several international scientific journals. Dr. Keservani graduated with a pharmacy degree from the Department of Pharmacy, Kumaun University, Nainital (Uttarakhand), India. He received his Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) (specialization in pharmaceutics) from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, India. He received his PhD degree from IKG Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Dr. Keservani is a life member of Society of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (SPER). His research interests include nutraceutical and functional foods, novel drug delivery systems (NDDS), transdermal drug delivery/drug delivery, health science, cancer biology, and neurobiology.
Alka Lohani, PhD, MPharm, is working as Associate Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at IFTM University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Lohani has 10 years of teaching and research experience. She has received an international travel grant from the International Brain Research Organization. Her area of research expertise is the development of cosmetic formulations, transdermal drug delivery systems, and polymer-based drug delivery systems. She has over 20 publications in international and national journals, five patent publications, and authored book chapters to her credit. She is also credited as a reviewer of national and international journals in the field of pharmaceutics. She has supervised more than 40 graduate and nine postgraduate students and is currently supervising five PhD scholars. She obtained her BPharm and MPharm from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Kumaun University, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India, and her PhD from IFTM University, Moradabad, India.
