Prof Luigi Fusco Girard is Emeritus Professor at the University of Naples Federico II and Scientific Coordinator of the Horizon 2020 CLIC project at the CNR IRISS Institute for Research on Innovation and Services for Development, National Research Council, Italy. Professor in environmental economics and evaluation methods for cultural heritage for over 40 years, he has coordinated national and international research projects on the role of cultural heritage for sustainable development. He is currently President of ISCEC-ICOMOS International Scientific Committee on Economics of Conservation of ICOMOS and Director of the Urban Regeneration Hub affiliated with UN-Habitat. His research interests include multicriteria and multidimensional evaluation methods, sustainable urban and territorial development and circular economy models for cultural heritage adaptive reuse.

 

Dr Antonia Gravagnuolo is Researcher at the CNR ISPC Institute of Heritage Science, National Research Council, Italy. Architect specialized in evaluation of urban and territorial plans and projects. She holds a PhD degree in Evaluation methods for integrated conservation, management and valorization of cultural heritage and landscape at the University of Naples Federico II. She is co-coordinator of the Horizon 2020 CLIC project and has the role of scientific responsible for the evaluation of multidimensional impacts of cultural heritage adaptive reuse projects in the perspective of the circular economy. Her research interests include heritage-led urban regeneration, sustainable local development, circular economy, innovative economic models for cultural heritage and landscape regeneration.
