Suresh Sagadevan is an Associate Professor and Head of International Affairs at the Nanotechnology and Catalysis Research Centre, University of Malaya, Malaysia. He was awarded the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science fellowship in 2023 and has been recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a Chartered Chemist conferred by the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK.

Benjawan Ninwong is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Science and Technology and Vice-Director of the Research and Development Institute at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, Thailand. She received her PhD from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand. Her doctoral research focused on developing a sensitive distance-based paper analytical method for quantifying mercury ions, utilizing carbon nanodots combined with heating-based preconcentration techniques.
