Brigita Schmögnerová, the former Deputy Prime Minister (1994) and Finance Minister (1998-2002) of the Slovak Republic. After leaving domestic politics she served as an Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (2002 – 2005) and as a Vice President of the EBRD (2005 – 2010).
