Huang Ying is the Vice Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering at Zhejiang University. Her research interests include Analysis of new power system AC/DC power grid, flexible DC transmission technology, and key technologies for active support of new energy transmission.

Zhigang Liu, IEEE Fellow, Professor at Southwest Jiaotong, Guest Professor at Tongji University. His research field is the electrification and automation of rail transit. Fellow Evaluation Committee for IEEE I&M Society; IEEE TEC AdCom Members(2025-);Associate Editor of IEEE TIM (2022-2024), Editorial Board Member or Associate Editor of IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TITS, and IEEE TVT journals, IEEE TIM's Outstanding Associate Editors for 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Ying Wang, Professor, IEEE Senior Member. Her main research field is power quality and high-quality power supply. She has led several national-level projects, including three funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one by the National Key Research and Development Program. 

Zha Junwei is currently the Professor at North China Electric Power University. He also won the first prize of Natural Science of the Ministry of Education in 2019, the first prize of Natural Science of Beijing Science and Technology Award in 2022 and Young Scientist Award of Chinese Society for Composite Materials in 2021. He is currently the IET Fellow, Senior Member of IEEE, member of IEEE/DEIS Technical Committee on Nanodielectrics and CIGRE WG D1-73, etc.

Zang Yiming, Assistant Research Fellow at the School of Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a part-time researcher at the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Emergency Management. He was a Visiting Scholar at Delft University of Technology. His long-term research focuses on intelligent condition diagnosis of power equipment and novel sensing technologies. 

Cancan Rong (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently an Associate Professor with the China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China. His research interests include wireless power transfer (WPT) system and metamaterials.
