Connie Lam James Editor

Dr. Merli Tamtik is the Associate Dean, Graduate Programs and Research, and an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Manitoba, Canada. Dr. Tamtik was awarded Canadian Bureau of International Education (CBIE) Catalyst Award for co-edited book “International Education as Public Policy in Canada”. She is the President of the Canadian Society for the Study of Higher Education (CSSHE) and serves on the Editorial Board of Comparative and International Education journal (Canada). 

Dr. Connie Lam James is the Administrative Manager for the Canada Office of the Centre for Research on Global Early Childhood Education and Care at Felicia College of Childhood Education in Japan. She holds professional K-12 teaching certification in British Columbia and is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Research on Global Early Childhood Education and Care at Felicia College.
