Connie Vance, EdD, RN, FAAN is a professor at The College of New Rochelle School of Nursing, New Rochelle, NY. Dr. Vance serves as a consultant, workshop leader, and accreditation evaluator to hospital departments of nursing and nursing programs throughout the United States and internationally. Her publications include The Mentor Connection in Nursing; Mentorship in Nursing: A Collection of Research Abstracts; and Mentorship in the Annual Review of Nursing Research.
