David Hastings Author

David Hastings is the author of the bestselling Over the Mountains of the Sea: A Life on the Migrant Ship. Born in Belize to a British colonial service family, he has worked as a journalist in broadcast and in print since 1970. Currently living in New Zealand, he is the editor of Auckland’s Weekend Herald.
