Michel Juneau-Katsuya is a former senior intelligence officer and the Chief of Asia Pacific for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. His Sidewinder report, authored in 1998, linked the CCP's Peoples Liberation Army to Chinese organized crime groups known as the Triads and key Chinese business tycoons with links to Triads and the CCP. Their investigation and report was followed up by American intelligence agencies that were seeing the same disturbing links in the United States.
