Dr Andrea Traldi Author

Dr. Andrea Traldi is a Somatic Psychologist with a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rome, 'La Sapienza'. Andrea’s approach is at the forefront of research on Jungian psychology exploring the relationship between the collective unconscious and our individual storylines as they are experienced through somatic awareness, intuition, and synchronicities in everyday life. He is the Founder and Lead Researcher at the Institute of Applied Somatics (IoAS) where he specializes in programs for breathing techniques, pelvic floor wellbeing, and neuro-myo-fascia repatterning. With programs ranging from thematic workshops, to intensive residencies, and year-long curricula, IoAS currently caters to over a 1000 students simultaneously. Andrea is also Co-Founder and Head of International Programs at the Becomebecome Non-Profit, a social impact entity dedicated to cultural and educational programs. In 2022, he was awarded a Ph.D. from the University of Plymouth, UK, for his transdisciplinary approach to education and creativity through Somatics, Psychology, and movement techniques.
