Emanuele Coccia Author

Emanuele Coccia is Professor of Philosophy in Paris. Among his books are The life of plants: metaphysics of mixing (2018), Metamorphosis (2021), Philosophy of the house (2021). With Giorgio Agamben he published Angeli: Ebraismo Cristianesimo Islam, an anthology on angels in Christian, Jewish and Islamic cultures, while in 2019 he worked as a scientific consultant in the context of the exhibition "Trees" at the Cartier Foundation in Paris. He currently lectures on fashion at Harvard University.

Alessandro Michele was born in Rome. He completed his studies at the Accademia di Costume e di Moda and, the end of the 90s he joined the luxury house Fendi, where – under the guidance of Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi – he contributed to the great success of the brand in the field of leather goods. In 2002 Tom Ford chose him to design Gucci bags and in 2014, he also became Creative Director of Richard Ginori. On January 21, 2015 he was appointed as Creative Director of Gucci.
