Erica Drum is a Dublin-based chef, cookery tutor and food stylist known for her fun, vibrant, approachable style. Raised in Sutton in a food-loving family, she turned her passion into a diverse career spanning private dining, food styling, radio and television. A regular on Virgin Media’s Six O’Clock Show, Erica shares simple, seasonal recipes and champions sustainability and food waste reduction. She hosts pop-up dining events and teaches online and in-person cooking classes. With over 20 years in the industry, Erica continues to inspire confidence and creativity in home cooks while celebrating the richness of Irish ingredients and hospitality. Erica loves to do cookery demos, interview, present and host on stages across the country, from Taste of Dublin to the Ballymaloe Festival of Food.
