Evridiki Pericleous-Papadopoulou Author

Evridiki Pericleous-Papadopoulou, born in Nicosia, Cyprus, is a poet, prose writer and playwright. She has published many books and her literary work has received many honours. Her plays have been staged in Cyprus and in Greece, the United Kingdom and Germany. Her novels serve as the postscript to the tragedy of a politically divided Cyprus. John Milides was born in Zodhia, Cyprus. He has taught Greek Literature at several Australian universities, published literary and historical studies, and translated Australian and Greek poetry. In 2025 he was declared an Honorary Member by the Writers Union of Cyprus.
