Nicholas Sun-Keung Pang served formerly as Professor and Chairman of Department of Educational Administration and Policy, Chinese University of Hong Kong and GaoFeng Chair Professor of Faculty of Education, East China Normal University. He specializes in educational administration, school leadership, policy studies and international education.

Ewelina K. Niemczyk served as Professor of Comparative and International Education at North West University in South Africa.
