Kleter (1965) started in 1991 as a PhD student in a study of dentin caries at the Cariology and Endodontology group of acta (Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam). Currently, at the moment of reprint (2003), Gijs Kleter works as a researcher for rikilt - Institute of Food Safety.
