Gordon A. Wilson is professor emeritus at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. He is also a visiting professor at the De Wulf-Mansion Centre of the Institute of Philosophy of KU Leuven. Girard J. Etzkorn is professor emeritus at St. Bonaventure University.
