Arturo Realyvásquez Vargas is a full-time professor from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico Nacional de Mexico/Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana in Mexico. He received a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez in Mexico and a Ph.D. in Innovation in Product Engineering and Industrial Process at the University of La Rioja (Spain). His main research areas are industrial process optimization, lean manufacturing, and ergonomics. He is a National Researcher recognized by the National Council for the Humanities, Sciences, and Technologies of Mexico (CONAHCYT) as level I.

Jorge Luis García Alcaraz is an Industrial Engineering professor at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, with five PhDs from Spanish and Mexican institutions. He specializes in lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and sustainability research. A Level III National Researcher with CONACYT and founding member of the Mexican Society of Operations Research, he has published approximately 355 Scopus-indexed documents and 19 international books.

Guadalupe Hernández-Escobedo is National Researcher level I by SECIHTI and Perfil Deseable by PRODEP, and has a degree in Industrial Engineering, a master's degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Ph.D. from the University of Leeds (UK). Dr. Hernández-Escobedo has more than 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and application of Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico Nacional de México/Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana.
