Hallie McEvoy is a USA Equestrian (formerly AHSA)-licensed recorded judge in hunter and hunter seat equitation. She is the author of the acclaimed Showing for Beginners (page 162). Her articles and photographs have appeared in Horse Show/Equestrian magazine, Horse Sport, Dressage Today, Horseman's Yankee Pedlar, and many other regional and national publications. She lives in northern Vermont with her husband, Thom.
