Ian Carr Author

Dr. Ian Carr is a Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Manitoba, Canada. He is a former editor of the Prairie Medical Journal . Dr. Robert Beamish was an internationally distinguished cardiologist. He was awarded the Order of Canada in 1990.
