Ingela Visuri, PhD, is Senior Lecturer in the Study of Religions at Dalarna University, Sweden. Her research lies at the intersection of psychology of religion, cognitive science, and autism studies, with a particular focus on how autistic individuals experience, imagine, and negotiate the supernatural. Visuri has published widely on topics such as religious experience, imagination, live action role-play, and the role of popular culture in shaping supernatural beliefs.
