K Rao Poduri Editor

K. Rao Poduri is Chair Emerita of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Professor of PMR and Neurology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She is also a Professor of PM&R at University of Central Florida, UCF/HCA Graduate Medical Education Consortium. Dr. Poduri has experience in the treatment of amputations, chronic pain, geriatrics, spinal cord injury and stroke. She is a patient advocate.

Marcia J. Scherer is founding President of the Institute for Matching Person and Technology. She is also Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, University of Rochester Medical Center, Editor-in-Chief of the journal Disability and Rehabilitation: Assistive Technology and Co-Editor of the book series, Rehabilitation Science in Practice, both published by CRC Press. Dr. Scherer developed the Matching Person and Technology model and assessments from her NSF grant-supported dissertation research, and they are used globally to guide technology selection and outcomes measurement.
