Dr Dirk Buschle is Deputy Director and Head of Legal of the Energy Community Secretariat, the monitoring and surveillance authority established under the Energy Community Treaty. Kim Talus is a Professor of European Economic and Energy Law at UEF Law School and the Director of the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law.
