Her research focuses on critical pedagogies, curriculum design, and teacher development. Mandy Menke is a professor in the Department of Spanish & Portuguese Studies at the University of Minnesota. Her research focuses on second language acquisition, multiliteracies pedagogy, bilingualism, writing, and Spanish phonology.
