The Place You Belong
Marcia Harrison Carpenter - Paperback
£9.99
Marcia Harrison Carpenter is the middle daughter born to public school teachers. From her middle school days, she has appreciated the power of the written word. In college and in seminary, she sought out the classes which required research for papers. She has taught on the college level, has written articles for magazines, for the city’s newspaper supplement, and has appeared on local television. She is an ordained clergywoman who, along with her husband, pastored churches in Terre Haute, Indiana, where congregants provided anecdotes and newspaper accounts of the 1935 general strike—the setting for The Place You Belong. Marcia lives in Jasper, Indiana, where she is working on her second novel.
