Kris Hallenga was diagnosed with secondary, incurable cancer at the age of twenty-three. Shortly after the diagnosis, in 2009, she started the national charity, CoppaFeel!, with her twin sister Maren Sheldon. CoppaFeel! teaches vital awareness around breast cancer and the charity raises over 2 million pounds per year.
