James Braman is an Associate Professor in the School of Business, Technology, and Law at The Community College of Baltimore County. He earned a D.Sc in Information Technology and both a M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from Towson University. He is currently pursuing a M.S. in Thanatology from Marian University. He has published several edited books, which include topics related to: teaching through virtual environments, cyber-ethics and art. His research interests include virtual worlds, augmented reality, affective computing, thanatechnology and computer ethics.
Alexis D. Brown is an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science & Information Technology Department at the Community College of Baltimore County. They hold a master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Their main research interests focus on education and instructional technology but includes varied technology-related topics.
Mary Jo Richards is an Associate Professor of English at the Community College of Baltimore County. She holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master of Science in Adult Learning from Walden University. Professor Richards has been an educator for 30 years.
