Maurice Cox is the Emma Bloomberg Professor in Residence of Urban Planning and Design at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. An architect, urban planner, educator, and civic leader, he served as Commissioner of Planning and Development for the City of Chicago, as Director of Planning and Development for Detroit, and as Mayor of Charlottesville, VA. Maria Villalobos Hernandez is an Associate Professor and Director of the Master in Landscape Architecture and Urbanism at IIT in Chicago. Michelangelo Sabatino is an architectural historian, curator, and preservationist and a Professor of Architectural History and Heritage at IIT in Chicago.
