Max Frazier Author

Max Frazier has more than 35 years of experience working in Kansas schools. He has served as a middle school teacher, university instructor, educational technology specialist and technology coordinator. He earned a doctorate in educational administration and leadership at Kansas State University, and is currently an associate professor in the School of Education at Newman University in Wichita. He recently completed nine years as a board member with the Mid-America Association for Computers in Education. He's the author or co-author of all four editions of The Technology Coordinator's Handbook.

Doug Hearrington has worked in digital learning innovation and improvement, from elementary to postgraduate education, for nearly 25 years. He earned a doctorate in educational technology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is currently an associate professor and the online learning coordinator for James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He is the co-author of the third and fourth editions of The Technology Coordinator's Handbook.
