Reichert is a clinical and consulting psychologist, researcher, and writer.  He is the executive director of the Center for the Study of Boys’ and Girls’ Lives, a research collaborative based at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of How to Raise A Boy: The Power of Connection to Build Good Men. Gary Barker is the founder and CEO of Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice, a leading organization working at the intersection of gender equality, masculinity, and social justice. He is the author of four novels and Dying to be Men: Youth, Masculinity and Social Exclusion.
