Panos Christodoulou Author

Panos Christodoulou was born in 1972. He studied Law at the University of Athens and Human Rights at the University of London. He has collaborated on human rights issues with various organisations, such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the Greek Council for Refugees. In 2016, he became the director of the Network for Children's Rights. As a children's author, he has published thirteen books and been nominated for various awards, including the Children's Literature Award by Anagnostis magazine (The Ball of Their Life, 2013), the Cyprus State Prize (How I Got Involved with Justice and Other Unknown Words, 2016).

Daniela Stamatiadis is a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Art. She has illustrated over 100 picture books for children. She has received many awards, including the Greek IBBY, the Greek Graphic Design and Illustration Award, and the Peter Pan prize for best translated book from the Swedish IBBY for Sabelle’s Red Dress. She was also the Greek nominee for the Hans Christian Andersen Award in 2014. Her first author-illustrator picture book, I Wanna! (Ikaros), and silent picture book, Every Ending Is a New Beginning (Patakis Publishers), were published in 2021; the latter was selected for the BRAW Amazing Bookshelf.
