Peter Davidsen Author

Dr. Peter Davidsen is a Danish-Norwegian scholar of geopolitics, political thought, and the history of sciences. He holds a doctorate in history from the University of Helsinki and a master’s degree in political thought and intellectual history from University College London (UCL) & Queen Mary College, University of London.

Davidsen’s interdisciplinary research focuses on the theory and intellectual history of geopolitics, the development of political science, and the foundations of the human and social sciences. His work has been published in leading journals such as History of European Ideas and Statsvetenskaplig tidskrift (the Swedish Journal of Political Science). His interests also include the methodology of intellectual history and the history of universities.
