Rebecca Pasternak is Director, AI Integration & Enablement at a leading US law firm, based in New York. She is a technology and innovation leader with experience spanning legal practice, legal technology, venture-backed startups, and enterprise AI deployments. Rebecca has a proven track record designing and building enablement programmes that drive end-user adoption of new technology through core change management principles, and she possesses deep hands-on experience building with LLMs, with a genuine excitement for sharing what she has learned about how AI is reshaping ways of working, whether in hands-on training sessions or more broadly in public settings.
