Dr. Manisha Singh is currently an Associate Professor at UEM Jaipur, a position she has held for the past five years. Prior to this, she worked at the Central University of Rajasthan. Dr. Singh’s professional interests revolve around leadership, technology integration, and organizational behavior. She is deeply committed to exploring how digital tools and strategies can transform leadership practices and enhance organizational performance. Her research focuses on the adoption and implementation of technology to improve business processes, foster innovation, and drive team collaboration.

In addition to her teaching and research roles, Dr. Singh is actively involved in various academic projects and has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Renu Jangra is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Applications at the University of Engineering and Management, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. During her academic career, she has supervised numerous graduation and post-graduation projects, guiding students through their research and development processes. Her work has led to the publication of several research papers and patents in reputable journals, showcasing our innovative contributions to the field.

She holds a postgraduate degree from NIT Kurukshetra, Haryana, India, which helped her secure an opportunity to work at Tech Mahindra, a global consulting service and systems integrator that operates in over 90 countries. During her tenure at Tech Mahindra, she played a key role in managing US-based projects, which involved overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning to delivery to successfully coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks. Her experience in managing client relationships allowed her to understand and address their needs, leading to high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. She leveraged her technical skills to solve complex problems and contribute to innovative solutions, significantly enhancing project outcomes. Additionally, she actively participated in various training sessions, through strategic thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement, she contributed to optimizing processes and achieving notable results.
