Rosie Moss is a writer, podcaster and speaker who has turned her own story of sudden widowhood into a platform for connection and honesty. She is the creator and host of Widowed AF, the award winning global podcast that shares raw and unfiltered conversations about life after loss. Widowed AF now reaches listeners in more than eighty countries and won Gold at the British Podcast Awards 2025 in the Best Interview category. 

Rosie also hosts Autism Unpacked for Options Autism and works closely with universities, conferences and professional training programmes to help students and practitioners understand the lived reality of grief and bereavement. Her work blends humour with heartbreak and shines a light on the messy, human sides of grief while building a supportive community for those navigating it. She also runs Soul Sisters retreats, creating safe and nurturing spaces for women who are carrying grief of all kinds. Rosie lives in Kent with her three children where she writes, records and tries to make grief less lonely.
