Roy Richardson is Corporate Manager, Manpower Development and Training, International Harvester Company. He formerly held corporate Posts as Compensation Manager and Manpower Manager with Honeywell Inc., following a managerial career encompassing all phases of Industrial Relations and Personnel. He has served as guest lecturer at the Universities of Minnesota and Wisconsin and Macalester College and has contributedto numerous professional conferences both as leader and speaker.
