Ruth M Doherty Editor

Luigi T. DeLuca received his Ph.D. from Princeton University, USA, in 1976. He is currently a Visiting Professor at Nanjing University of Science & Technology, Nanjing, China.

Ruth M. Doherty received her degrees in Chemistry at the University of Maryland (M.S in Organic Chemistry; Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry). After a long career in federal service, she is now a Senior Research Associate at the Energetics Technology Center.
