Stephen Clear Author

Stephen Clear FRSA, SFHEA, LLM (Res), LLB (Hons), PGCertHE, is a Lecturer in Constitutional and Administrative Law and the Lead for Law at Bangor University in North Wales. He started his career in the Clerk's Office at a Chancery Lane (London) based Barristers' Chambers, before moving to Higher Education teaching. He has led Legal Skills, Legal Research Methods, and Mooting modules since 2011. His research concerning legal education won the 2017 Association of Law Teachers' Stan Marsh prize, and he has been published by leading international journals (including in the Netherlands, France, Spain, and India). He is the author of leading reference works published by Sweet and Maxwell (Thomson Reuters) and is a Consultant Editor for Halsbury's Laws of England (Lexis Nexis).
