Mark Hardwick was a Lecturer in Environmental Health, Public Health, Health Sciences, Sports Sciences for around 25 years. He was a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (MCIEH) and the Programmes Manager for Environmental Health degrees at the University Centre Weston, UK.

Nahum Kidan is a Qualified Environmental Health Practitioner and has worked in local government in commercial environmental health. He is a lecturer at University Centre Weston, UK and was previously a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of England (UWE). He has also acquired experience in the Civil Service, at both Defra and the FSA.

Nathaniel Smith (BSc, MCIEH) is Company Director of Kernow Consult Ltd. He is a trainer and assessor for the Degree Apprenticeship – Environmental Health Practitioner.
