Susan Meldrum is a Higher Education educator in Career Guidance and Development at Edinburgh Napier University. She has over 20 years’ experience as a trainer, coach and practitioner. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Career Development Institute, a Registered Career Development Professional and member of AGCAS. Sue Edwards is a Senior Lecturer on the MA and PgDip Career Development and Employability course and the PgCert in Career Leadership at the University of Huddersfield. Sue is an affiliate member of AGCAS and the CDI and, currently, sits on the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee of the CDI. Emma Anderson is a Career Development Consultant at Edinburgh Napier University with over 10 years’ experience delivering career guidance and employability support. Emma is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and is passionate about enhancing the student experience and applying research to practice. Emma Hill is an experienced Career Development Consultant, based at Edinburgh Napier University where she is responsible for providing high-quality career guidance and skills development to support students in pursuing their desired career path.
