Xiaoyan Gao Author

Jixi Lu is currently Associate Professor in the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in measurement technology and instruments from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2016. His research interests include atomic magnetometers, magnetic shielding, and magnetic field control. He is IEEE Senior Member. His group has published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers in journals and more than 20 granted Chinese patents have been authorized.

Shuying Wang is currently Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. She received the Ph.D. in precision instrument and machinery from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2025. Her research focuses on ultra-high sensitivity atomic magnetometers and high-precision magnetic field manipulation. She has developed systematic approaches including spin coherence stabilization in zero-field atomic magnetometers and ultra-adaptive magnetic field coil design, addressing performance degradation issues in atomic devices caused by magnetic field manipulation. Her work has resulted in over 10 peer-reviewed publications and the award of two Doctoral Academic Excellence Funds.

Xiaoyan Gao received her bachelor’s degree in measurement and control technology and instrumentation from the College of Control Science and Engineering at China University of Petroleum (East China) in 2023. She is currently pursuing a direct-entry Ph.D. in precision instrument and machinery at the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. Her research focuses on calibration testing of atomic sensors and coil design. She has proposed novel design methodologies for anti-coupling self-shielding magnetic field coils and participated in multiple scientific research projects.
