He is regarded as being among the foremost fashion designers of the twentieth century. Maxime Catroux is the daughter of Betty Catroux, model and muse of Yves Saint Laurent. She is also the vice president of the Musée Yves Saint Laurent and Saint Laurent’s goddaughter.
