Alice Oseman: Public Signing for Heartstopper Volume 6 at The Portobello Bookshop

The Portobello Bookshop is so excited to announce that Alice Oseman will be visiting us for a public signing on Thursday 9th July. Meet Alice, the creator of the #1 bestselling Heartstopper series, and celebrate the release of Heartstopper Volume 6, the final chapter in the heartstopping series that changed us forever.

Created by the acclaimed author-illustrator Alice Oseman, the Heartstopper series is a global phenomenon. The graphic novels have sold over 10 million copies worldwide, achieving instant #1 spots on both The Sunday Times and the New York Times bestseller lists. It is now an Emmy award-winning, BAFTA-nominated live-action Netflix adaptation starring Kit Connor and Joe Locke, written and executive produced by Alice Oseman.

Tickets for this event include a copy of Heartstopper Volume 6 and the opportunity to meet Alice and have one book signed and dedicated. Each customer can only have one book signed, to ensure everyone has the chance to meet Alice! Candid photos while Alice is signing are permitted, no posed photos due to time considerations.

Customers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, who can sign up for a free "Companion Ticket". Customers with a companion ticket only will not be eligble to have a book signed.

Queuing outside will be necessary, please come prepared for all weather conditions. We suggest waterproof items, umbrellas, and warm layers (this is Scotland, after all!).

About Heartstopper Volume 6:
